Transfer Procedure
- The transfer of a .space domain to or from anycast.io follows standard procedures as established by ICANN. The transfer starts with a request from anycast.io to the registry, and then the registry notifies the current registrar, which will contact the domain owner to take action on the transfer.
Transfer Notes
- A .space domain transfer must be initiated with an auth-code, which can be obtained from the current registrar through the owner/admin contact of the domain. Ensure that the domain does not have a transfer lock status. If the domain is locked, the owner can request the current registrar to remove the lock. The losing registrar sends an email to the owner (and optionally admin) contact to approve/deny the transfer. If no action is taken, the transfer will be automatically finalized after 5 days.

- The format for auth info requires a minimum length of 16 characters and a maximum length of 48 characters. Additionally, auth info must contain at least two of each of the following three character types: Alphabetic characters: a-z; A-Z, Numeric characters: 1-9, Special characters: -.,:;[]{}_+=@#$^*?!~
