Transfer Procedure
- The transfer is initiated through the official registry after confirmation of the transfer email sent to the Owner/Admin-C. The transfer request is then processed by the losing registrar who may send an email to the Owner/Admin-C allowing them to deny the transfer. If there is no response, the transfer will proceed after 5 days.

- A .MOSCOW domain transfer must be initiated with an authorisation code, which can be obtained from the current registrar. Make sure your domain does not have a lock-status (REGISTRAR-LOCK or HOLD). If the domain is locked, the owner can demand that it will be unlocked. Please note that we are only allowed to initiate a gTLD transfer after confirmation of the ‘ICANN Form of Authorization’ by the current registrant. After a successful transfer, the domain will be locked for 60 days.
