Registration Restrictions
- New validation according to the OFAC list. The domain name is kept in a reserved state until the registrant can register the domain through their preferred registrar. For direct sales to registrants, an override token called ‘allocation token’ is provided to override the reserved status and proceed with domain name allocation.

- The transfer is submitted to the registry, and the losing registrar is automatically notified. The registrar will inform the domain contacts about the transfer process, which can include approval/deny options. Without explicit response, the transfer completes after 5 days.
