Transfer Procedure
- The transfer is submitted to the registry, and the losing registrar is automatically notified. The losing registrar sends an email to the owner (and optionally admin) contact with options to approve or deny the transfer. If not explicitly approved or denied, the transfer is auto-finalized after 5 days.
